Please read this carefully before you book your space for stay:
* Kevala Foundation is a ‘Registered Trust’ run by Managing Trustee -Dr Pradeep Ullal. However, the property that has the Guest rooms and Dormitory is his private property and rented to approved guests.
* The property is a sanctified space for meditators, nature lovers, yoga aspirants and we expect all guests to honour the space and the privacy of other guests.
* The Bookings done by guests are subject to approval on confirmation of money transferred to the mentioned bank account.
STAY AT KEVALA FOUNDATION:
* The Kevala Foundation site is a sanctified space that is brimming with Galactical Cosmic Rays that is healing waves for the receptive beings.
* All the rooms are built using special stones and vernacular architecture. So we expect all guests to honour the space during their stay.
* The Kundalini Cosmic Grid is a sanctified zone for walking in the spiral and meditating at its Grid Center.
* Do not pluck any flowers, plants, fruits in the garden.
* The Twin Sharing Rooms can have an additional mattress for Triple Sharing if required.
* Welcome you to celebrate an oxygen-rich, noise-free, paradise surrounded by gardens, rainwater pool, singing birds.
* Killing animals, birds or fish in the premise is strictly prohibited.
* The rooms are in the midst of pristine nature and are basic. Do not expect any room service, air-conditioner, television, shower or swimming pool facility,
* Pure filtered water is available and solar-powered water heater for bathing.
* The premise is a silence zone appreciated by meditators. Get used to living in pure, unspoilt nature in silence.
* Note that – Alcohol, Recreation or Banned Drugs. Tobacco, Weeds, Weapons, Pets are not allowed on the Premise.
* Littering, Spitting, throwing food waste on the property premise will attract fines.
* The premise is monitored by CCTV and we expect guests to maintain the decorum of the premise.
* Do not dispose of tampons/ sanitary napkins/ tissue papers in the Western Commode of the washrooms. It will block the drains and lead to foul smell.
* All Cars entering the premise will undergo a security check. Drivers need to show their car registration.
* The premise is close to the forest zone and hence have wild animal visitations after dark. Hence guests are advised not to walk outside the gate after dark.
* We encourage you to read about the vision and services of Kevala Foundation before you arrive at the space so that you can truly appreciate your stay and practice the path of Himalayan Kriya Yoga.
* Music Preview Session at the Meditation Hall, Himalayan Kriya Yoga Session, is subjective to availability of teachers on site. Entry into the Meditation Hall is by approval of Manager.
BOOKING ROOMS
By making a booking with Kevala Foundation, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Kevala Foundation sends a confirmation email, and when you have completed the payment. A Kevala Foundation team member will contact you within 24 -48 hours, regarding your completed registration to confirm your booking.
PAYMENT METHOD
All guests are required to pay 100 % in advance. Bookings are done in an offline method by transferring to the Bank Account Mentioned

We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans. If you cancel more than 7 days before the booking start date, you may request a partial refund of 50 per cent of the booking charges.
PRICING
All booking prices displayed are for each room or an entire dormitory. and are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
Kevala Foundation is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your bank for processing funds in another currency.
Not included in the price of your booking is the transport facility to reach the premise.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Kevala Foundation offers a standard Indian vegetarian food that is nutritionally balanced with fresh vegetables, fruits, legumes, grains and herbs. However, we will not do customized meals or a-la-carte menu. We are a remote site with limited kitchen facility.
IDENTITY CARD
All guests must be in possession of a valid Identity card required for entry, departure and travel to Kevala Foundation. Foreign Nationals need to carry Valid Passports. The hosts are required to enter their details in the C-Form, which is mandatory for Arrival of Foreign Nationals in Individual House. This is a directive of the Bureau of Immigration in India and as per regulations of FRRO.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
The guest acknowledges he or she is visiting a remote place which is a part of an extended coffee estate and forest zone. where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present certain risks, dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in their daily life. By booking to stay at Kevala Foundation, the guest acknowledges they have considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges, and expressly assumes the risks attendant to such travel conditions.
Foreign guest is solely responsible for acquainting themselves with customs, weather conditions, physical challenges, and laws in effect, and is encouraged to locate or make contact prior to embarkation with their local embassy or consulate at the trip destination.
PROHIBITED USAGE
Kevala Foundation reserves the right to prohibit any guest from staying at the property with no right of refund if, in our opinion, that guest’s actions pose a threat to the safety of them, others, or to the wildlife, or if that Client’s actions or behaviours are seriously jeopardizing the enjoyment of the trip for others. The decision of the Property Manager or Trustee will at all times be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of other guests. All guests must, at all times, strictly comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and drug regulations of all countries visited, and Kevala Foundation will not accept responsibility or liability for any Client who contravenes any laws or other regulations of any country visited.
HEALTH & FITNESS
Kevala Foundation premise is not furnished with buggies, elevators, or Baggage Attendants. Guests are required to carry their own bags and make their way to rooms from their transport, which is about 100 meters of walk. We expect guests to be healthy and reasonably fit. If you (or anyone on whose behalf you are booking) are affected by any condition, medical or otherwise, that might affect your stay, you must advise us of this at the time of booking.
PHOTOS, VIDEO AND CONTENT CREATION
Photography and Videography are restricted and guests need to take the permission of staff before-hand.
LIABILITY
Kevala Foundation is not responsible for any improper or non-performance of any services forming part of the Contract which are wholly attributable to the fault of the Client, the unforeseeable or unavoidable act or omission of a third party unconnected with the provision of any services to be provided under the Contract; unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of Kevala Foundation and/or the relevant supplier, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised including (but not limited to) an event of force majeure; or any event which Kevala Foundation and/or the relevant supplier could not even with all due care have foreseen or forestalled.
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
The Guest acknowledges that the location of the facility is remote with a certain degree of adventure and may involve a small amount of personal risk. The Guests hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release Kevala Foundation from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages or injuries or death resulting from these inherent risks. At the time of payment, the Client is required to sign Kevala Foundation’s RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. Please read carefully.
UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
