What is the purpose of my life? Do I really need to have a life purpose? How often have we pondered about our existence? Our lives are often besotted with dreams, passion and ambition but often bereft of a true sense of purpose to our journey on this plane. Many of us gladly exist in ‘ignorance’ as ‘awareness’ takes effort beyond the ordinary. We adjust ourselves to populist understanding to agree that there is no purpose to life. Harping on a game of sustenance, we have often aligned ourselves to priorities that we deem essential to focus on a dreamy, comfort seeking journey.
Most of us willfully locked in self-inflicted ignorance state until a personal shock or loss, a life threatening event or a death of a dear one shatters our cozy and protected reality. A few of us likely come alive in those moments of pain and suffering. Self-inquiry emerges out as we ponder over our existence. These induced thoughts have only enough fire-power to last a few days of introspection. Hence it is termed as ‘Smashana Vairagya’ (dispassion induced during phase of mourning ).
A few determined beings make it past that philosophical rumination to commit to a journey of dedicated exploration. The wake-up call inspires a few aspiring ones to commit to a journey of liberation from the pain and suffering. The quintessential question remains, is awareness and realization of self so hard to accomplish? The answer lies within and it is self-evident that all that we lack is ‘remembrance’.
In the pursuit of glory and accomplishment attached to an ego-self identity, we have forgotten the true purpose of our presence and journey. An awakened being would realize the magnanimity of the cosmic joke that we are relaying. We continue to entertain the multi-dimensional cosmos channels. It may appear that we are supposedly in control of our journey, often directed by a sense of free-will. However, it becomes obvious that most of us are reeling in a tail spinning, repetitive journey of evolution.
It is inevitable, that we realize that we are here to experience the essence of our true state of being and express the unique beam of projection passing through us. We have willfully accepted a role play before we rented a mother’s womb and projected our human journey. However as we passed through the birthing canal, a large part of our memory was erased. We touched down on our familiar earth terrain, to honour a repeated journey of karmic pay-back mechanism, called “rnunanubandha” in Sanskrit.
Many of us continue to be curtailed by limitations and resistances along the path. Diseases, pain and intense suffering become our mainstay friends. While true wisdom urges us to re-define the purpose, only a very few of us derive the courage to access the definitive path of liberation from pain, resistance, ignorance, suffering and karmic baggage.
Unless we explore, we will never receive the experience or elevate our awareness. We are often lured by the quest for attainment of power. This leads us to an extended dream and repeated journeys, often reduced to being puppets of cosmic entertainment channel bosses. The magnetic lure of power incensed journeys overshadows the real call of our liberation. This is power of illusion referred as “Maya Jaal” (web of illusion). The profound advantages of self-realization hardly inspire the largesse. It is scoffed at by skeptics and ridiculed by atheists and agnostics. We remain ignorant and harbor the common strugglers attitude to accept ‘happiness’ and ‘sadness’ as inseparable twins, while ‘divine bliss’ remains far-fetched state that a few gain access to.
Our true identity is that we are ‘one soul’ that appears like many fragments. The soul is projected across many domains of existence. The soul is referred as Avyakta (unmanifested). It is focal point of the universal awareness. However it needs to project a body, so that it can experience the joys of connectedness and unity consciousness. Human body is a phenomenal design that is devised to grasp and celebrate worldly pleasures and cosmic awareness. The soul acquires a suitable body in its multi-universal existence to express itself in a unique role play.
We are divine beings experiencing a human journey. The fact is that all our life events are part of soul arrangement that eventually is projected as karmic commitment. The script that we have co-written with soul family role players is subject to partial free-will and baffling variables. When we rise above the social conditioning, dogmatic religion and scriptural fantasies, we realize that the universe is neither blessing nor cursing us. All we need to do is align with the ‘life force’ (prana) as it flows through us. The game of cause and effect is complex and beyond the comprehension of the un-awakened. A deeper understanding enables us to deduce that “Effect is cause concealed and cause is effect revealed”.
The realization helps to click into real knowing. There are no sins to commit as there are no rules or manuals or a hyped ‘judgement day’. There are no universal laws that define ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ or prescribed ways to express ourselves. Our fine-tuned ‘conscience’ and ‘direct knowing’ serves as ‘guiding light’ that ushers us to exit the maze of uncertainty and fear. We are meant to be unique and yet we have fallen into predictable patterns that are copied and revered.
In deepest silence and stillness, the realization dawns on us that we are Gods in deep amnesia. Our identity with the body and its spiraling evolutionary journey is intriguing and extra-ordinarily hard to dislodge. We are victims of a conspiracy that continues to trick us into believing that we are far from truth. The truth is that we are it. It is close to us that we are missing it. Even a small degree of separation from the eternal connectedness to the universe within and around us, makes us feel so incomplete. Purest intent driven by kriya yoga, surrender, kundalini rising, ecstatic union and meditative absorption are some of the fastest ways to unite our fragmented bodies that is scattered across multiple universal domains.
We are habitual shoppers and gatherers. We often look everywhere for answers. When ‘viveka’, the discerning intelligence awakens, we collapse into ‘soul awareness’ to grasp the innate knowing. The truth is that we are a micro-cosmic entity that is projecting the reality that we perceive.
The underlining question ;What would this soul entity realize through a journey of human exploration? The exploration on the path of knowing, eventually leads to a unity experience and elevation of cosmic awareness. As we click into alignment, we become purified, deserving and ready receivers. We attract divine grace. The grace has the power to awaken and complete us on many levels of awareness. A ray of light channeled from an ascended master penetrates through our crown center as a gift of grace. We deserve to attract grace by sheer alignment to receive the flow. When grace descends, the spirit ascends. The inner knowing becomes more complete.
The awakening is a game changer. It is a shattering that exposes the futility of our endlessly spiraling in an incoherent drama of life. We realize that love and compassion is part of eternal flowing river of consciousness. Our limited is uprooted by a powerful wave of unity and freedom. A sense of deep knowingness permeates the mask that we project. The dormant kundalini shakti (coiled force) within unleashes and rises through its designated subtle spinal channel. This initiates the rising of a limited human awareness to expand and realize its eternal, deathless state. This is possible owing to grace accessed by higher-self or master soul. The kundalini experience is most enchanting, alluring, magnetic, ecstatic, divine, heavenly experience that any human can ever attain. The aware beings will access the true depth of ‘sanskrit mantras’ and ‘music’, which are the most potent ways to decode our DNA and prepare us to come on the radar of the Rishis, the enlightened masters.
Most of us assume that in the process of grasping grace, we will deny ourselves the means to worldly pleasures of gaining glory, money, fame and power. The gap in this understanding is plugged when realize that a strong purpose is rewarded with all necessary resources or means to support the journey.
In Himalayan yogic understanding, an inspirational message serves as a reminder “when you become one with the universe, the world is at your feet”.
I recall being inspired by a powerful statement I read on a roadside hoarding. It read “Have a strong purpose, the means will follow”. It kept ringing in my head until it embedded as a strong remembrance.
The purpose is to realize the true state of being. To attain realization, we have to commit to actions of unmasking the unreal experience. The perceptions have overpowered our ability to receive the direct knowing. Education has distanced us from our ability to tap into our core discerning intelligence.
The true magic of realization happens when logic fails. True flow happens when all grammar fails. When all intelligence exhausts, intuition awakens. The journey of purest consciousness is ignited by accessing inner child-like state of innocence. The intense calling within is to disengage from our corrupted, deviant, greedy habituated pattern.
One may argue, do we need a purpose at all? Aren’t we happy spinning around like everyone else? The principal shift can take shape when we choose between the ‘evolution’ and ‘involution’. When we choose evolution, we will get back to the vicious spin of ever growing dreams that will keep us in the loop. When we collapse our individuated will and surrender to the divine will, it will magnetize into the journey back to our real homes, which is possible through a magnetic pull to the ‘core’ known as ‘involution’.
A profound vedic statement can inspire us to align on the path of awareness. It takes about 8x 10 37
human lifetimes to attain self-realization or a single side-ward glance of the divine mother. It is called “ek matra kataksham”. After knowing this possibility, an ardent aspirant would find how to raise the frequency in order to deserve the attention of the divine mother. To make this happen, kriya yoga comes to our rescue as a gift from the eternal Grandmaster ‘Gorakshanath Babaji’. The message to us is that if we commit to 2 hours of kriya yoga for 12 years (8760 kriya hours), the soul can bypass a million years of human evolutionary journey. The sheer impact of purification of engraved memories enable us to unlock the chakras, meridians, neuron receptors, gateways, portals to receive the transmissions from Rishis and ascended masters.
The grandest purpose we align is a journey of completion known as ‘pari purnata’. When we consciously align to this ultimate possibility, every breath is taking us closer to the event. All this may seem far-fetched, over whelming and intimidating to begin with. However the deepest realization is that the greatest truths are the simplest. A true inspiration can guide us to commit to ‘align’, ‘balance’ and ‘complete’ our journey.
