I have travelled to Kevala Foundation many times, and it’s my spiritual sanctuary. The place is so peaceful, close to nature, every plant, tree and flower are infused with love. My Guru’s presence in my life is like an incredible ongoing spiritual cleansing and the result at each step of this cleansing process, is greater awareness as well as deeper and higher consciousness. I am most grateful to my Guru whose guidance helped me to embark on the inner voyage. Yes, there is no distinction between God and Guru, except that one is corporeal form of the incorporeal existence of the other. Thanks to my Guru, my journey has begun. My family and I first met Guru Ji, in the flesh, in October 2017 and this year in November. He stayed with us for a period of 2 weeks each time. We enjoyed every single moment of his stay. His blessings transformed our lives. Guru Ji, in his incomparable style, guided us with the regular practice of Himalayan Kriya Yoga  followed by Naad session to balance the life energy of the body, mind and elevate the consciousness to a higher level. My personal experiences, being aware of what was happening within my body during the group Naad sessions were amazing. Continuous seed mantras chanted by Guruji and proper breathing helped me focus on my inner journey. Starting with the tightening around the navel chakra, loosening up to the solar plexus, throat and exploding above the crown, I could sit for hours, enjoying the blissful state, without feeling the physical body. I was also carried away in a transcendental dance when Guruji played musical chants. I could feel like I was dancing inside the music. WOW … it indeed was a great experience!!! The strength of the inner connection, the oneness, love and faith between My Guru and me is the absolute secret of receiving the utmost from him and making the fastest progress possible. The closeness to my Guru helped build easy and fast concentration during the session. My deepest gratitude goes to my Guru who expedites my spiritual progress in an unimaginable way, that is virtually impossible to achieve through my own efforts. To me, the very heart of yoga is by allowing a moment to taste the spiritual bliss which is achieved after intense years of practice of kriyas and this is precisely what Guru Ji strives for each of his aspirants to experience and achieve. I met Dr. Ullal a few months ago. Very first time I interacted with him, I knew I met my Guru. My life has changed in a positive direction since Guruji Dr Ullal came in my life. I do the kriya every day regularly from the past few months and seen my perception changing. I’m moving ahead in fast track in the path of spirituality. Kriya gives me so much energy I don’t feel I’m walking, my body feels very light. Allergy and sinus issues are solved. I feel happy and peaceful.
