Terms and Conditions for Members: Please read all the below mentioned Terms and Conditions carefully:
Acceptance of Life Patron Membership application is at the sole discretion of Kevala Foundation. In case an applicant does not meet the required criteria, or the management feels it’s not appropriate to grant the Life Patron Membership, the management reserves the right to reject the application, without assigning any reasons thereof, with full money being refunded to the applicant.
Paying of the fee towards Life Patron Membership does not automatically grant the member the right to become a member. This is only a pre-condition for acceptance of the same. Incase other criteria’s are not met, the application can be rejected.
Membership Activation: Membership is termed ‘Active’ after receipt of completed Application Form, Membership Fees. All Members will receive a Welcome Pack.
Membership Renewal: Membership terms at Kevala Foundation is 5 years. Members can upgrade their terms or renew it on expiry of an existing Member’s term. Renewal charges apply. The charges will be notified at the time of request.
Cancellation of Membership: Members have the option to cancel their Membership at any point during their term. However there will be no refund of fees.
Termination of Membership: Membership at Kevala can be terminated by Trustees of Kevala Foundation if any of the members are found guilty of violating the norms set by Kevala Foundation. This includes indulging in activities that are not permitted in the center:
- Vandalizing the property or cutting of trees without written permission.
- Verbally or physically abusing other members, guests, volunteers or hosts at the center.
- Stealing, acts of arson.
- Defaming the teachers intentionally in public, mass media, social media
- Misrepresenting or illegally representing Kevala center’s activity.
Membership Transfer Policy: Membership title can be transferred to a member’s spouse or children on special cases, subject to approval granted by Trustees of Kevala Foundation.
